You can run Moadra on Windows PCs that meet Steam’s published specs and on Steam Deck with Verified status. Verified on 2026-10-23 against the Steam store page, the Steam store’s published requirement fields, Gloomsoft Steam news, and Valve’s Steam Deck compatibility listing (test 2026-10-14, build 25389913).

What are the official PC system requirements?

DirectX 12 is mandatory in both tiers—plan driver updates on older GPUs. Storage is 9 GB with no DLC listed in appdetails at launch.

Gloomsoft’s 2026-10-21 post pairs Deck Verified news with a demo update (localization, rebind controls, scan logbook). Deck verification applies to the Windows build through Proton, not a native Linux port—Linux boolean remains false on Steam.

Display, ultrawide, and camera comfort

  • Ultrawide: Gloomsoft replied on Steam discussions that ultrawide was removed for release and is on a future improvements list (thread dated 2026-10-07). Do not assume 21:9 HUD scaling at launch.
  • Camera distance: Developers said they may add a zoom / distance option after feedback about a tight default camera—no shipped toggle confirmed in store specs.
  • Accessibility — camera comfort: Steam categories include adjustable camera comfort alongside subtitle options and adjustable text size—part of the official feature bullet list.

We cannot confirm in-engine FOV sliders or motion blur toggles beyond those store tags without checking the in-game settings menu.

Languages and audio

Interface (9): English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Simplified Chinese, Spanish (Latin America).

Subtitles: Supported for those languages per SteamDB language table cross-check (no Full Audio line in appdetails). Expect alien dialogue with translated subtitles rather than full dubbing.

If Cloud saves fail after switching PCs, Steam’s standard troubleshooting applies: confirm Steam Cloud is enabled for the title, ensure you exit to the main menu so sync can finish, and contact support@gloomsoft.io with your platform details. We have not reproduced specific Cloud error codes in-house.

Platforms beyond this PC spec sheet

Gloomsoft’s Bluesky post and console stores list PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch, and PC for 2026-10-22. Microsoft Store marketing mentions 4K / 60+ / 120fps labels for Xbox—we do not treat those as PC requirements.

Can Moadra run on Steam Deck?
Steam Deck shows Verified compatibility. SteamDB records testing on 2026-10-14 with default controller configuration fully functional and build 25389913 referenced in compatibility metadata—aligned with Gloomsoft’s 2026-10-21 Steam Deck Verified announcement image. We did not run independent frame-time tests.
What are the minimum PC specs for Moadra?
Steam lists Windows 10/11 64-bit, a quad-core processor, 4 GB RAM, a GTX 900-series-class GPU, DirectX 12, and 9 GB storage. Recommended specs bump RAM to 8 GB and cite an Intel Core i3-8100 or equivalent CPU plus GTX 970 4 GB. These are verbatim store strings, not our benchmarks.
Does Moadra support ultrawide monitors?
Gloomsoft told Steam discussion users the release version removed ultrawide support and listed wider aspect ratios under future improvements (October 2026 thread). Expect standard widescreen unless a post-launch patch adds 21:9 back.
How many languages does Moadra support?
Nine interface languages on Steam: English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish (Latin America). Subtitles are supported; Steam API does not list full audio dubbing for those languages.
Does Moadra use Steam Cloud and how many saves?
Steam categories include Steam Cloud and Family Sharing. Gloomsoft confirmed three save profiles on Steam discussions. We do not publish a verified Windows save directory—PCGamingWiki had no Moadra article on 2026-10-23.
Is Moadra on Mac or Linux?
No. Steam appdetails marks macOS and Linux false; only the Windows PC build is sold on Steam. Console versions for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Switch were announced for the same release date but this page does not spec those hardware targets.
